Our Location
Workforce One of Butler County is located between Goodwill and the Sears Hardware Store in the middle of the Fairfield Crossing Shopping Center on Dixie Highway (Route #4), on Fairfield's north east side.  Fairfield Crossing is an open-air shopping mall with plenty of free parking.

» FROM THE NORTH (Middletown & vicinity):

From downtown Middletown, take State Route #4  south all the way to Workforce One of Butler County , a distance of approximately 17 miles.  During this drive, Route #4 will start out as South Verity Parkway, then become Hamilton-Middletown Road, then Erie Blvd., and finally Dixie Highway.  The Fairfield Crossing Shopping Center (and Workforce One) will be on the right-hand side of Dixie Highway. 
 
Travel Tip:  When proceeding south on Erie Blvd. in Hamilton, Workforce One is approximately 3 ½ miles south of the High Street (State Route #129) intersection.

» FROM THE SOUTH (I-275 & State Route #4/Fairfield & vicinity): 

From the I-275 & State Route #4 interchange in Springdale, take Route #4 north all the way to Workforce One, a distance of approximately 5 miles.  During this drive, Route #4 will start out as Springfield Pike in Springdale, and then become Dixie Highway north through Fairfield.  The Fairfield Crossing  Shopping Center (and Workforce One) will be on the left-hand side of Dixie Highway. 

Travel Tip:  When proceeding north on Dixie Highway, Workforce One is approximately 1.5 miles north of Jungle Jim's International Market.    

» FROM THE EAST (West Chester/Liberty Township & vicinity):

From Cincinnati-Dayton Road, take the Michael A. Fox Regional Highway (State Route #129) west approximately 9½ miles to S. Erie Blvd. (State Route #4).  Turn left (south) onto S. Erie Blvd., and proceed approximately 3 ½ miles.  Before reaching the Fairfield Crossing Shopping Center, S. Erie Blvd. will become Dixie Highway.  The shopping center (and Workforce One) will be on the right-hand side of Dixie Highway. 

Alternate: From the Union Center Business District in West Chester, take Union Center Boulevard westbound as it winds through Butler County.  Union Center Boulevard becomes Symmes Road and eventually intersects with Dixie Highway (Rt. # 4).  Fairfield Crossing Shopping Center (and Workforce One) is at the intersection of Symmes Road and Dixie Highway

Travel Tip:  Workforce One is less than 3 ½ miles south of the Hamilton Crossings Shopping Center, where K-Mart is located.  Workforce One is on the opposite side of Route #4.

» FROM THE WEST (Oxford & vicinity through downtown Hamilton):

From downtown Oxford, take High Street east approximately ½ mile to S. Patterson Avenue (US Route #27).  Turn right onto S. Patterson, and follow US #27 south for approximately 5 miles.  Bear left onto Old Oxford Road (State Route #130).  Follow Old Oxford Road for approximately 5 miles.  Bear right (southeast) onto Hamilton Richmond Road (State Route #177), which becomes Main Street in Hamilton.  After following Main Street approximately 2 miles, it will merge with State Route #129.  Continue east on Main Street.  After crossing the bridge over the Great Miami River, Main Street becomes High Street.  Follow High Street (Route #129) east approximately 1½ miles.  Turn right (south) onto S. Erie Blvd. (State Route #4), and proceed approximately 3 ½ miles.  Just before reaching the Hamilton Plaza Shopping Center, S. Erie Blvd. becomes Dixie Highway--proceed another 2 miles to the Fairfield Crossing Shopping Center (at the intersection of Symmes Rd. and Dixie Hwy).  The shopping center (and Workforce One) will be on the right-hand side of Dixie Highway.       

Travel Tip:  Following the above driving directions, Workforce One is approximately 4½ miles from the Butler County Government Services Center, Hamilton's tallest building.
