Posting a Job:

Posting a job opportunity to has never been easier! If you would like your posting listed, follow these simple steps:
2. Under 'Employers', click 'Get Started'
3. Click on 'Posting a Job Opening' and enter your job post information.
4. Once you are finished, click 'Save'
5. Visit the inbox of the email address you entered to receive your confirmation number and click on the link within the email to activate your posting.
Once you have posted your opening(s), please send your 'Job Post Confirmation Number' to in order to have your posting(s) linked to this site for additional exposure!
If you are unable to post directly to, a Job Order Form can be completed and emailed back to Business Services Liaison, Missy O'Brien, at Access to and's Ohio Resume Database:

Employers are not required to create an account on to simply post their employment opportunities at no cost, but they may want to register to gain access to over 2.5 million resumes in and’s Ohio resume database, free of charge.

Using your company FEIN and State Withholding Tax ID #, registering on OMJ will grant employers free access to screen resumes from within the and Ohio resume database to find the perfect candidates.
